What you need to know

FIRST
Are you experiencing any of the following symptoms? 
New or worsening cough?
Fever? 
Shortness of breath?
Have you been in contact with anyone with these symptoms or who has been diagnosed with COVID19 in the last 14 days? 
If yes, we will need to reschedule your appointment per state mandated guidelines. Please let us know ASAP so we can reschedule you to a time that works well for you. 


WHEN YOU ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
You will be required to wait in your car until your service provider is ready. Please call us at (541) 752-0848 when you have arrived so that we can check you in. We will then notify you when you're service provider is ready for you. 

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
You and your service provider will have 6 feet of distance between you and other clients or service providers

Our service providers and clients are required to wear a face mask at this time. If you have a face mask that secures around your ears at home please bring it with you. If you do not have one we can supply one for a $2.00 fee

We are unfortunately unable to offer beverages at this time

Please come to your appointment alone. We are not able to accommodate additional guests due to social distancing at this time


We do ask that you pay with a card if possible to limit cash and check transactions at this time.
